sunday

The 'same little tree' I took with frost on it this winter. It's now in bloom . . . I'm hoping to catch it in the summer and fall as well . . .

BUSY day . . .
We gave the open prayer in sacrament meeting! Bob and I have been in Primary for so many years now, I get nervous just giving a prayer these days! If they asked us to give a talk, I think I'd probably faint!

Our class rocked today as they did great on their parts for sharing time in Primary. Instead of giving a lesson, we practiced in our class room. We have the cutest and smartest kids anywhere around! We love teaching them - I can't believe how lucky I am to be able to teach with my hubby - we have a good time.

Home teachers made a last second appointment and caught me before I headed off to visit teach. Our home teacher, and son, are growing their hair and facial hair out to be part of a pageant in Nauvoo. Their family auditioned for parts, via video tape, and were accepted. Now, they need to look pioneerish in a month! Then off I went to visit teach.

S L E E P . . . our customary, weekly nap - love, love, love! Phones go off the hook and we cruise off to la la-land.

We picked mom up and headed to the cemetery. It's usually a huge family-affair. This year, everyone was busy with something - so we went to visit the 'fam'! It's such a beautiful and peaceful place and for a Sunday, it was pretty busy - yet still peaceful.
I plopped a roast in the crock pot this morning for dinner and the smell permeated the entire house. Actually, when I climbed into the car with my VT companion she said, you smell like dinner! Dinner was delicious and grandma joined us - actually, she does every Sunday!

It was a great day!
