It snowed and left behind several inches of the fluffy-white with more on it's way! More later - I think I'll go suntan! The radio said 'Pete, the polar bear' came out of his cave, saw his shadow and went back in - six more weeks of winter!
It was a fairly generic day in the wild-west - nothing earth-shaking and thank goodness for that! I'm totally fine with 'same old, same old'. The alternative to that is usually total chaos. I headed to the gym a little late this morning - "Shhhhh, I slept til 8 a.m.!" When I got there I headed to the treadmill but then heard, "Raaaaberta!" I looked around and there was Katrina spinning her little legs as fast as they could go on the stationary bike! I walked past her when I came in and didn't even notice it was her.
I didn't have my usual energy - so I vegged on the walking machine for awhile, then headed for some upper-body work on the machines. I got to talking with the new manager of the club and found out that he was from Star Valley and grew up with Phil Skinner (best friends with Tyler) - he's 'cute as a bug' and I'm old enough to be his mama - don't get any ideas!
Guitar went well today - I'm in need of a vacation - wish I could take the summer off but, that's not poss-e-ble when I'm trying to get out of debt. Did you know I'm still working on that - that was a New Years Resolution . . . I'm keeping my resolutions so far! Just to review them: 1) get in shape, 2) get out of debt, 3) write in my journal daily - yes I know, shocking !
How are YOU doing on your New Years Resolutions?
Workout Notes:
Treadmill: 40 minutes / fat-burning mode
Weights: Upper body - 3 sets of 10- 12 reps (I think I might have over-done it?!?)

Berta...I thought I'd make you feel better, by letting you know that we also got 3 or 4 inches in Idaho Falls as well! It pretty much stinks!!! On the upside...it's probably great for making green lawns.
I AM MOVING TO ARIZONA!!! Want to come...
I'm in AZ and it is 83* today. Just beautiful! Say Steve Nissle yesterday and today. It was fun and he took some great pictures. He says 'Hi'. Going home tomorrow afternoon.
You will probably have the lushest spring and summer ever!
