I was on the Internet last night checking national gas prices and this is what I found in lieu of hurricane Ike . .

let me take you back {6} years to a little town where classic cars come out of their hiding places when there's a 'big event' . . . like a grand opening . . .

they were parked on the corner to attract attention . . .

the Fastop reopened it's doors under new management . . .

they offered all sorts of sundries especially fly and tackle for the guys heading out of town to do a little fishing . . .

Shawn and Kandee opened the Fastop convenience store and gas station . . .

GREAT sandwiches and fried goodies guaranteed to help stop your heart before age 30! But, there was one more thing that would / did stop ones heart even faster . . .

the GAS PRICES! {6} years ago, I made this sign while working for them, that told this small community we were the cheapest gas in town . . .

and that was just {6} years ago ! ! !

I'd give my 'eye teeth' (both of them) for these prices today!
