After our 'most delicious' nap, we headed to the country to . . .
Tyler and Nic's for dinner. She fixed the most delicious dinner ever - pork chops, red potatoes with fresh garden veggies mixed in, homemade bread and grandma's homemade raspberry jam, fresh salad from the garden and much, much more . . . is your mouth watering . . .

clowns for the day - never a dull moment . . .

Ty and
Nic worked over 14 hours on Saturday planting their
mound and the planter boxes all around the house - really a great job . . .

they planted
perennials . . .

about a month ago they poured a patio in the back of the house . . .

and planted a garden that's yielding some d-
lish produce . . .

pumpkin just about ready for Halloween . . .

tractor out back from the local farmer . . .

but most
importantly . . . GRASS, GRASS and more GRASS . . . not a big deal to most people, but Tyler and Nicole
just planted the seed a month ago and now it's really feeling great on the toes . . .

the local 'wild-life' is loving it too . . .
After dessert, we headed back to our house to watch the closing ceremonies of the Olympics. Tyler and Nicole never got cable or dish hooked up - how do you think they get
so much work done around their house . . . no TV! I'll miss my daily
dose of the Olympics for the next four years - ouch!

I hear you on that one. I have been going and going too hard this month. I passed out and slept all day. Rob has been asleep for the last 4 (from 2 and now it is 6) hours...so he must be tired too.
Beautiful pictures as always Berta! I'm glad to see that Tyler is feeling well, and looking so good!
Wow on the landscaping!!!
